Arkham Origins not runnig with direct x 11

So as the title says Arkham Origins doesent runs properly when the directx 11 features are enabled every time when i play with directx 11 there is micro stuttering and huge frame rate drops although the game runs with 70+ frames per second,but when i play with directx 10 the game runs perfect no micro stuttering no frame rate drops no nothing,so my question is,is this game not very well optimized for directx 11?

Which graphics card are you using? May sound stereotypical but is actually a general solution to micro-stuttering or lagging problems -- Update the graphics drivers.

I am using R9 270x and the game runs perfectly with directx 10 and yes I have the latest drivers.

I haven't played Arkham Origins yet, but Arkham City had the same issue. Most tweak guides just recommended to use DX9/10 because DX11 just had too many problems. I bet Arkham Origins is the same way.
