ArmA 2 DayZ Performance Help Me Please

when ever i join a dayz server or an epoch server i get max 20 fps average 10 and 4-5 in cherno no mater what server i join its always the same my specs are as follows
CPU = AMD FX 8350 @4Ghz
GPU = Sapphire R9 280x 3GB Toxic edition
MOBO = 970 Extreme3 R2.0
HDD seagate baracuda 1TB
Ram = 12Gb @ 1200mhz

Dayz is a very bad optimized game even my i5 and 960 can't run high settings at 1600x900 at 60fps

Just gonna have to wait till they release optimizion patches for the game whenever thats gonna happen

i know its badly optimised will you do me a favor and post your Arma2OA.cfg file so i can see if my configeration is whats wrong cause i know i should at least be getting a bit better performance

Look how AMD CPU's perform in such a CPU heavy game like Arma, its sad how Intel dominates :

that chart suggest My cpu should average 40 fps in arma 3 im trying to run a modded version of arma 2 dayz the sad thing is when i play arma 2 on its own i get 60-70 fps average and when i load up dayz mod i get max 20 average 10

Sorry can't post my config since i don't play the game anymore meaning uninstalled it
And just last week i reinstalled my os completely deleting all files that were there before

Does it not run any better lowering the settings?

no which is why im asking for advice on here maxing everything gives me the same fps as having everything on low i have literally tried everything i can think of from full game re installs to beta drivers

Yep sounds like optimization issues is the cause and can only be fixed by the devs really wish they did i want to play the game aswell
