First off sorry as I expect these types of threads have been borderline spam online. Was hoping someone has a nice £700 tower build they could make me for ARMA 3 preferably with an i5 cpu as I've heard they work well with the game; feel free to note any other components that work nice with it.

But you could get a cheaper cooler like the CM Hyper 212 EVO if you're not going to overclock too much.
 
Solution
A lot of it comes down to if you get lucky with the CPU or not, as some overclock better than others so it's hard to say what you would get with either cooler. The EVO is good for moderate overclocking but if you really want to push it to it's limits the NH-D14 is going to keep the CPU cooler. Some people claim to get up to 0.2Ghz more with the Noctua as it can allow them to increase voltages and stay cooler.
