arma 3 bad fps (gtx 750 ti ?)

hey guys so recentley i bought arma 3 thinking i could play on high settings but i cant i get about 20-25 fps
turn it down to low everything off about 17-20 fps ? please help
cpu is amd athlon x4 760k
4gb ram 1600 mhz

The problem is that your CPU is bottlenecking your system

hmm but i have oc'ed to 4.5ghz and still no change

Interesting, I know that arma III is badly optimized but I can't imagine that it would be that bad

yeah i mean surely a 700mhz increase in speed would mean a few fps but no
im thinking it could be down to something silly and i cant think of it lol

Arma III is optimized for your card so that isn`t the problem... a gtx 750ti is better in arma III than a r9 290x 😛

yes 1920x1080 should i drop to 720p
