Arma 3 FPS

I just recently bought Arma 3 and have been playing on an Altis Life server. I'm assuming the server has mods in it. I put everything on the lowest settings even though my rig is decent. I get anywhere from 15-50 FPS on the servers I play on. My rig includes a Intel 4670K, GTX 780, 8GB Ram. I'm not sure if it's the server or my end. I've followed the Arma 3 tweak guide, but I don't notice any differences.

Ahh i think your res scale is at 500% in arma 3 options i get the same fps with gtx 770 msi oc edition but when i lower it to 100% or 120% i get solid 60-80 fps

I'm at 100% Sampling. I'm pretty sure its the server that gets shitty when people start spawning vehicles and such. After a reset I get 50-80 FPS. It's the server that deteriorates after a couple of hours.

Why didn't you said that i get drops in minecraft while someone is banging tnt or do other activity and the fps drops its normal for mp games nothing to worry about
