Arma 3 high GPU usage

So i launched Arma 3 today and my GPU usage has went up to 100%. Before this problem it was working fine with no problems i have tried updating drivers but it doesn't seem to work. Every other game is fine just arma 3 is bad. Any help would be great

GTX 1070
16GB DDR4 RAM

Other then the high usage is it affecting the game? Lets far it Arma is a horribly optimized game.

Arma requires a lot of CPU power. but you have an i7 6700, which is pretty high end. are you experiencing fps drops below 50? with your setup you should be getting 60+ on high settings. check your GPU and CPU temps and see if they are being stressed. the optimal temps for your i7 is anywhere from 40c-75c.
A GPU's optimal temps varies from GPU to GPU, the optimal temps for your 1070 are below 85c according to most people.
