Around $1000 to spend, Looking For Almost Best

Hello,

I'm trying to be well-equipped for the future in terms of having a fast performing PC for recording / rendering, and uploading game play and everyday use of occasional gaming.

I'm willing to go over my budget if the parts listed are worth it

Things to note:
It must be an i7 6700k cpu.

If you have a stronger build that revolves around the same price or slightly higher, I am indeed interested.

I already have a GPU purchased, RX480. Because it's not opened, I can still sell it / return it.

Considering how powerful the rest of the system is (which looks good to me btw), I would get the GTX1080 if you can afford it or GTX1070 if you can't. Both are better than the RX480.

Now that I took a closer look at you current build's price, 1080 would quite a lot over budget. 1070 is a better choice in this case.(and probably has better price to performance ration anyways)

I can sell / return the 480 and add in extra money for the 1070. As long as it's worth it, I don't really see the problem. Thanks for the reply.

CPU COOLER - Eh... that H60 is OK at best. Look toward an air cooler for better performance at a lower cost.
MB - I prefer Gigabyte or ASUS.
SSD - You linked to a Samsung 750 EVO which is a bit dated. Look toward the 850 EVO or the X400 below.
GPU - I would second the recommendation on returning the RX 480 and going with the GTX 1070. In all reality you would be happy with either.. Also, keep in mind that the GTX 970 is a good deal at the moment with its price reductions. For occasional gaming, this might be your better cost effective option.
PSU - That EVGA G1 is OK, but there are better units out there. From EVGA look toward the G2 lineup, or look toward XFX or Seasonic.
