The CPU in this laptop is irrelevant. The cooling system is. What we see is again two undersized fans and an undersized heatsink. That means another useless whining hairdryer instead of a laptop.

So easily fixed - look at the video how much space there is to install larger fans and a larger heatsink. What would be the cost of that, 20 cents? Why are all Windows laptop makers so inept?
