Question Artifacting on startup ?

Hi everybody! I'm getting some artifacting on startup, even in BIOS before Windows is loaded. It only lasts for about a minute before everything is displayed normally.
I haven't had any freezes yet, but I haven't really used any system stressing apps. Does anyone have any suggestions or could link me to a similar problem thread ?

Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core 3.40 GHz
Board: Asus TUF B450M-plus gaming
Ram: 16 gb
Does that cover everything?
