Question Artifacting with new graphics card

Hello,
I recently bought a new 5600xt Red Devil from Powercolor to replace my 1650. I have downloaded the new driver and have tried both the OC and Silent Bios's built into the card. I get artifacting even on my desktop. I have wallpaper engine and thought it may be the problem but disabling it while booting does not fix the problem. I have tried undervolting my gpu, overclocking my gpu and overclocking my vram using the Radeon Settings to no avail. Trying to even use screen snip causes settings to default and for my screen to black.

Does anybody know of any solutions?

• Please post your entire system spec including PSU make and model.
• Did the artifacts occur as soon as it was installed?
• Did you remove all previous drivers using DDU in safe mode?
• Have you installed latest BIOS?
• Are all other drivers up to date (not using a driver updater app)?

After further investigation (looking at GPU performance in AMD Radeon Settings lol ) My junction temp is somehow 831 degrees. Does anyone know if this is a constant problem or any solutions

Have you covered my above comment?.
It won't be 831, that's a reading error or a faulty sensor.

I updated my drivers to the optional version and it is now reading slightly above my normal temps
