Artifacts in MSI R9 280x?

Does anyone havs experimented artifacts in the MSI r9 280x 3gb gaming?

Have yes, also on some other 280Xs, the 280Xs are simply rebranded 7970s, depends on how well the maker binned the GPU chips as whether they should be a 280X, with MSI and their poor QC wouldn't have a lot of faith in it. Could also be an under voltage PSU
