Are you sure you've installed the GPU drivers correctly. Have you done a clean install of them? Use DDU to uninstall the old driver, and re-install the new one.

Also, it's worth making sure you have an up to date bios too for your mobo.

I installed the latest drivers as well as latest BIOS for the Mobo , but as I reboot windows the GPU drivers are uninstalled automatically , I have no clue what's happening

Try disconnecting the video cable from the gpu to the monitor and then reconnect it. if the artifacts remain try an other cable or an other video input/output on your gpu and monitor respectively. It may be a faulty cable, faulty video output of the gpu, faulty video input on the monitor or a faulty monitor in general. I am not saying anything about faulty gpu since you said you got it replaced by zotac. Also reinstall gpu drivers using DDU.
