If you current BIOS is on lets say ver 7.0 or older ( like ver 4.0 for example) it will NOT run the ryzen 5 5600.
To check your current BIOS version simply start your PC, enter you BIOS and on the "Main" page under UEFI version, it should say what version you are on.

Did you extract the .zip file before copying to the flash drive or just copy the .zip file to the flash drive?
Also you need to flash to bios 7.00 before you can update to 7.10 or newer.
