ASAP please I don’t know what to do and I’m scared

I’m wiping my pc including hard drives, everything was going good but it stopped at 9% it still says it’s resetting but it’s not moving past that point it’s been like that for a while, before it hit 9% it took around 2 minutes each percentage but when it got to 9 it just doesn’t move up. Is something wrong? What should I do

No idea why your wiping your drive if its to reinstall the OS just choose the option you need from the OS setup disk.

Exactly what are you doing, why and how?
