i5 4690K
Kingston HyperX 8GB RAM
Segate 1TB
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD
Samsung DVD Writer
CoolerMaster Seidon 120V Liquid Cooler
EVGA GTX 970 FTW
Gigabyte Z97X-SLI
Corsair CS 750M 80+ Gold
Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-01 Mid Tower Case

One of my main concern is,will all the pieces fit together and fit into the case smoothly?
Thank you

They will all fit and work. Suggestions:

1) get 250GB SSD so you can actually install more than 1 or 2 games to it
2) For CPU cooler, the best and cheapest 3rd party option is Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. No need for a liquid one, even when overclocking (unless you are striving for the highest possible clocks)
3) Get Seasonic 750W or XFX 750W PSU. Corsairs CS series are quite average in quality and not designed for overclocking. This will even be enough for SLI later if you choose to get another 970.

Did some reasearch, Found a good psu, its called 'SeaSonic G-750W 80Plus Gold Semi Modular PSU'
Gonna keep the liquid cooler because its only a few dollar difference compared to the 212 evo
The 250gb ssd is not gonna happen, unless i downgrade to a cheaper gpu
