Asghost.exe - application error

when logging on, an error message appear: the instruction at "0*0041d200" referenced memory "0*0000fbb8". the memory could not be written.
and then when you cancel or press ok, i just go back to the login screen, when i enter the details, it says that windows cannot load the users profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system.
please help

looks like you have a bad stick of memory, try removing one and see if it helps
