Question ASKROCK Z790M PG D4 VRM QUESTION

i am getting this mobo in the next week i am asking if its capable of running i5 13600k wich is now mounted on my B660 ASUS prime 4d and its getting hot like crazy over 100 c and my bad didnt know its vrm getting super hot its like one of the worst mobo out there for this kind of cpu the question is am i safe with z790m pg lightening 4d VRMS ? plz any one help

Core temps on hwmonitor reaches 100c when i start cinebench and it saids its throttling i ordres z790m pg asrock asking if i will have the same issue cuz iam running 360mm aio coolermaster v2

did you install the CPU and the cooler correctly? did you remove the plastic cover of the cooler block?

Absolutly its all done correctly when idle its arround 35c and when gaming even on intensive cpu games wont go past 70c its only when i use cinebench 23 test or 100%workloads

here when benching it gets throtttling from 35c idle to all the way 100c

Use the Intel me update tool and afterwards flash the latest BIOS version 2603 to the motherboard
