Hello,

On my computer I have 6 sata ports. I've used all for hard drives but I still need more storage.
Because of this I purcased 2 Port PCI Express SATA 6 Gbps eSATA Controller Card - Dual Port PCIe SATA III Card - 2 Int/2 Ext.

I've installed in into my motherboard, but when I start my computer I get this message:
(Screenshot: https://ibb.co/M25ZG04)

Asmedia 106X SATA Controller Ver 0.95 AHCI Mode
Copyright (c) Asmedia Technologies, In. All Rights
S.M.A.R.T Supported
Using PCIE Gen 2
Can't find any device

My computer:
Product: Fujitsu Celsius W520
Model: ETNA-S-D3167
System: S26361-K1359-V315
Part no: ABN:K1359-V315-161

Solution
"Can't find any device" is probably because there are no drives connected to it yet?

If you have connected a drive to it, make sure the on-board jumper is configured for using either the external SATA ports or internal SATA ports as appropriate.
Congrats !

I have one that will not work in my Dell 9020 Desktop. Mine connets a Addonics box with 4 drives in it so it has a multiplier in it.
Do you go to 1 drive or multi.
I also see that mine works in Win 10x64 1903 but not in 1909,or the latest 2004.
What o/s do you use?
