Is it possible to install Windows 10 on with this m/b? , would appreciate your help,,,,

It depends on the rest of your components. You need to have enough memory, preferably at least a dual-core CPU, and a supported graphics card (with drivers for Win10 available).

The board itself will work with Win10, I installed Win10 a few months ago on such board without issues.

Yes, Core2DUO 8500, 4gb ram, and Geforce 630, can you specify if drivers are needed for the board,, or just the graphics card, cause i cant see any for the board on their site,,,,,,,,,,,,

You are all set, then.

Windows 10 already includes all required drivers for your motherboard. The only ones you will likely have to install separately are drivers for the graphics card (download them from NVidia's site).

I installed W10 64bit on that board.
I recommend the Beta Bios 3.19a, so you can install 4GB of Ram, of which it can use about 3.3GB.
Still, W10 32bit is a better choice, as you have a bit more memory available.

UMMM where do i get that bios 3.19a?????????? its not on Asrock's site,,,, can you specify??????
