Asrock 880GM-LE not posting

Hello,

Just put my new 880GM-LE together and nothing on the screen. My monitor is plugged into the onboard video. All the fans run. No beep. I can hear the HD spinning. Already took out the memory chips and reseated them and switched slots and tried just one of them. No cards installed. Unplugged everything then left just 1 sata hd connected. Still nothing. No extra standoffs or screws under the board. Removed the Cmos battery. Tried either of the 2 4pin CPU power plugs. Removed the reset plug. Monitor works on my other pc next to this one.

This isn't my first build but it is with on-board video and newer hardware. Also first time I put together a system and didn't get anything on the screen. Read the sticky. Good stuff but still no luck. Any ideas?

Solved. There's a clear cmos jumper. Jumped it and booted. Put it back and booted and 3 beeps (no memory chips). Thought removing the battery for a couple mins would have done the same thing but it didn't. Put all the parts back in and we're on our way.

Maybe this will help someone else out. The sticky is great.

I am having the same issue, but clearing the CMOS didn't work. Where is the sticky you refer to located at? I can't seem to find it. Thanks!
