Question Asrock 970 pro 3, installed a new processor after possible processor fail, still doesn't show video, Throw on beep speaker.. five beeps always

So I threw an AMD FX 8120 125w in my newish (month old) Asrock 970 Pro 3.0
After my Athlon II X4 640 finally bit the dust (I think)

Same thing.. no display.. so I found a beep speaker and I get 5 beeps no matter what.. which on my searching is a GPU error not a CPU error like most mobos 5 beep codes state. So I tried my second XFX R7950 Ghost and it doesn't post any beeps... Still no video... It's the ONLY thing that changes the beep sequence however... Any ideas on what I can do next?

Tried the batt swap with no results. The Athlon was BsoDing all the time then hit a solid blue screen and never recovered.. I had no beeper at that point so I don't know if it woulda beeped or not.. wasn't posting at all.. kinda like now

One that was in such a resolution it was unviewable to see

Took out all ram and it beeps 3 long beeps then a pause over and over... Ram back in fixes the issue.. no idea if this motherboard even beeps once when it starts successfully..no idea what to try next
