ASRock AB350M Schematic/boardview

hey guys i have this asrock mobo i am trying to fix. thing wont turn on so i need a schematic and boardview for it. i believe i found the chip responsible for the short but i have no idea if im chasing the correct thing here. Anyone here have that or any info on where I can get it?

I have already reached out the their support team but i highly doubt they will hand over their schematics..

in the meantime if any other sources can help ill take suggestions.
