[SOLVED] ASRock AB350M won't power up ?

Build has worked for years. I started downloading a driver update for my GPU and the computer shut off without warning and will not power back on. I’ve tried re-seating the two pin power switch cable and even tried shorting the power switch pins, still nothing.
Lights on my keyboard would still come on so I don’t think it is the power supply.

ASRock AB350M
AMD Radeon 480
corsair cx550M

The keyboard requires only a very small amount of power so can in no way be taken to mean the PSU must be okay.
Even the residual power which exists inside a PSU would be enough to drive a keyboard for some time.
So my guess is you need a new PSU, certainly the symptoms you describe are consistent with that.
