Does asrock b350 pro4 support the coolermaster masterbox 5 rgb that include a 3 to 1 rgb splitter?? will the fan rgb work with this mobo?

I would say yes .

The pro 4 has a standalone 5050 rgb header capable of 36w output which is fine for 3 fans.
Aswell as a 12w cpu led header which is fine for running 1 more or a single led strip upto 1m.
