Solution
my bad, the uATX boards are very similar
the only real difference I could see is variations on the USB, one (4-f) has 7 generation 1 and the other has 6 gen 1 and 2 generation 2 ports.
the PRO4-f is a smaller unit a form-factor called uATX or Micro ATX
the other is a full ATX board or simply ATX.
ATX is larger but the boards have mostly the same capabilities and features. the chipset that drives them is the same. the larger size affords the PRO4 a couple extra PCIe slots, and a few extra ports on the rear panel.
I have the PRO4-f

Thanks for your help
But these motherboard are both micro atx
There’s a atx and micro atx version on the pro4
I’m looking at the asrock b450 pro4 and the pro4-f which are both micro atx
