Question ASRock B450 Steel Legend won't work with more than 1 stick of RAM?

I am only working with 1 stick of Corsair Vengeance LPX 8gb Ram right now, because whenever I put the 2nd stick in, it just turns on for 28 seconds, powers off, turns back on 28 seconds, powers off...repeat. I took the second stick back out and tried it in the first slot and it worked fine. I bought another pair of the same RAM and the same thing happens. It only works in the A2 slot. Is the B2 slot just bad then? I have read the motherboard can handle it?

P2.90 from 9/11/2019 is what shows up

V3.40 is the newest and includes an AGESA update. Try that first.

I got the update to the BIOS to the 3.40, but it still does the same thing with turning on 28 seconds, then off, repeating, unless I only have 1 RAM stick in.

I will have to give that a try, because 2.9 and 3.4 neither one work with dual cards.
