I was going to get the Asrock B75 PRO3 for my build but it has a ton of bad reviews regarding the cpu pins and stuff. But then I was looking at the Asrock B75 PRO3-M which is the Microol ATX version of the other board and it has much better reviews. So should I just go with the PRO3 for more features but bad reviews/CPU pin problems or should I go with the PRO3-M that has less features and is a micro ATX but has better reviews?

Any LGA 115x Socket is at risk of Pins being bent if that is what you meant. They are not too strong and a pain to repair. You may go crosseyed after looking at those pins for hours on end. User reviews is a good starting point to assess a a piece of hardware. Like on newegg I would say if a motherboard has enough reviews and over 50% 5/5. than that is pretty exceptional. There is not always issues with motherboards but there are more prone to RMAs then a Graphics card or CPU. Always bound to be negative user reviews on a motherboard. More importantly is this board going to have the features and power delivery that you are looking for? is it the right size? And most importantly does it look cool in your case? or even by itself? ;p
