Please help me! I installed a working Core i5 4570 CPU to it. when i dont have ram on it and turn it on, it goes 3 beeps. when I put a working ram, it goes 6 beeps. I tried to reseat the CPU and now it does 4 beeps. Please Asrock mobo techs help me.
Did it ever work? Was it tested outside of the case with only the minimal components (no keyboard, mouse or anything else that isn't an absolute must to POST) to ensure there were no issues with it?
The first time I booted it was on the top of the box without the ram. it gave me 3 beeps so I know that its responsive. Then I tried to boot it inside the case with the ram and it gave me 4 or 6 beeps.

That was useless; you needed a CPU, one memory module and a monitor connected to the motherboard for the initial test. You should start over outside of the case just in case the motherboard is shorting out to something.
I tried it also with the things you said. Sadly I think I need to return it because it may have chip issues within the board. Sockets aren't bent so I'll just return it
