[SOLVED] Asrock BFB and MSI power limits specs for i5 10400f non K

Hello, in my country i5 10400f CPU is 60 dollars cheaper than ryzen 3600 and will go for it. Is it worth to look at Asrock BFB and MSI power limit specs for non K processors when i choose motherboard for it?
Msi h410m a pro and b460m a pro are 35 and 20 dollars cheaper than Asrock b460m pro4. Can anyone share experience how this technologies work with 10400f ?

I mean it's free performance, why not right?
The other option would be the new B560 which have the memory overclock.

I would not recommend the H410 as those mobos are very low end, you dont want to cheap out too much on the hardware that connects everything together.
