asrock code 19 and 3 long beeps

So today I installed a new liquid cooler for my cpu. It was the Corsair H80i on a FX-8350 cpu while running a ASrock 990 extreme 9 motherboard. After getting everything installed I plugged it back up and it started beeping 3 times to be exact and the LEF is showing 54. I took the ram sticks out and put them back in and now the error code is 19.

Make sure the sticks are in right, push hard (i mean really hard) so that they click into place, this might be the prob....
