ASUS M5A99FX R2.0 is your best bet. There isn't any difference in gaming between those two motherboards but allot of people have issues with the AsRock one.

The ASRock has more power phases and so should be better for voltage control all round including overclocking.

Both are good mobos, the Killer has a better price right now (at the Egg), performance wise they will be about the same
