To whom it may concern,
I'll try to keep this short.
I am new to this site so I hope I'm in the right thread.
I recently had to bring my sons B550A Cyberpower prebuilt gaming PC to a tech because it randomly started blue screening and restarting.
1st part of fix was to reinstall Windows 10 and NOT use 11 that he woke up to on his PC one day that somehow was part of an update-Blue screening solved
Now it will randomly black screen, resulting in a restart and logging back into Windows itself and returning to the homepage with all applications no longer open. I believe the PC itself is restarting and it is not just a monitor issue because it re-logs in to Windows, startup applications reopen, and some settings within games reset.
The Bios has been updated
Memory stick upgraded from 16 to 32 GB
New Nividian 3070ti GPU
New Ryzen 9 cpu from 7
The problem started well after these things were done.
I hope someone can help me I feel like I wasted $100 for nothing
