Asrock instant boot

Hello,

Does asrock instant boot use any power when turned off in regular mode?
I think it uses little power in fast mode so but what about regular mode, also can anyone explain how it work like how it does it, does it suspend it to the ram or?...

Yeah thankyou, i've seen that page before, looks good, and it works but i just wondered when the pc is off with instant boot fast mode installed and working the keyboard light and usb wifi dongle light remains on, the lights must use some power
