I am ASRock TSD Danny.

For Intel Skylake bug issue, ASRock already phase-in Microcode 0x74 to all 100 series models’ BIOS, and upload the latest BIOS to ASRock official website download link.
Please visit your product download link to do the BIOS update.
After updating the BIOS, it’s guaranteed to be bug-free when running Prime95.

There's no BIOS update with the fix available for the Z170 Extreme4 motherboard, as mentioned above.

The lack of BIOS update seems to apply to a few other 100 series motherboards too.

Do you know guys if SkyOC is still possible after this update. I can't get any reference to it on bios changelog nor on Asrock' site where the bios which allowed the feature has been removed.

I own a Asrock Z170 Pro4s. thx

I would like to see testing to make sure this doesn't impact performance. I'm really surprised they didn't catch this bug earlier - I know a lot of people that use programs like that for stability testing and break in.

Sadly , there is nothing detailed from Intel so far. keep in mind that this problem exists in the Xeon Skylake CPU as well . and people who bought them for business/Science cant wait for bios update ..
