Question Asrock motherboard RGB

Hello. I am trying to change my RGB settings on my motherboard to static green or maybe breathing green. I am not sure what numbers to use on the colour settings, but it simply won't change colours when I have changed the numbers. I can get the setting to change from static to breathing but the colours won't change.

ASRock B450M Pro4
Case: Cooler Master umm I'm not sure what case it is. Let me know if I have to provide this.

Sorry about that, just realized there was no actual link. All attached drivers and utilities can usually be found on the motherboards website by searching your motherboard, FYI.

Let me know if it works. Just unzip it to desktop or wherever, and run the setup if it has it or the executable.

It was kinda but working now it's stuck on the "Chroma Connect" view/window and I can't get it back to the Onboard LED setting. Also, Chroma Connect says "inactive" and says "Please ensure Razer Synpase is running and Chroma Connect is enabled for PCS.
