ASRock Motherboards - are they any good?

Does anyone have experience with ASRock motherboards and are they of good quality? I see that they have absolutely no contact information on their website and that in itself scares me from doing business with them. There is no way to ask pre-sales technical questions, that is not a good sign

all I know my 2 asrocks are way better then the asus's junk they replaced cant complain at all

I have had good luck with ASRock products. I heard they used to be somewhat lackluster years ago but I would say today they are as good as any ASUS, MSI, gigabyte board etc depending on the specific board you want to buy.

funny when asus broke off asus went down hill and asrock went up .. lol,,,,

asus today is all about hype and forgot about quality and solid support like I said my last 3 asus's were my ''last''

I am looking at the 970M Pro3 since it is Micro ATX and I have an AMD FX8350 Vishera I want to slap on it. ASRock also seem to be the only ones who say they have Wake-on-LAN plainly on their website. They do lack a way to filter out the right MOBO, no way to select by size once you get the compatible list. The 970M Pro3 is able to handle processor up to 140W and the one I have is 125 so it will work with good cooling.

I like ASROCK boards , but I prefer ASUS and Gigabyte , steer clear of MSI , poor QC.

Pretty much what been said, they are pretty good stuff and best of all since, Im guessing, they dont spend so much in advertising and big fancy things they get you really good prices for their boards.
