AsRock title comes up but does not boot

hello my pc is a custom build it was working perfect last night but today when i got home it would start at all it just goes straight to the AsRock logo and thats it i cant get into safe mode and i cant get into bios

If your VGA cable is still plugged into the motherboard, you should change it to your HD7770.

ok so im a lil lost right now...should i reset the bios again leave my hdmi plugged into the motherboard then once it gets to windows switch to my gpu

If you have your HD7770 plugged in you should NOT plug it into the motherboard. If you still can't see the POST screen then your bios is defaulting the video out to either your on-board (motherboard). It's definitely a bios issue and not a windows issue.

You should really go into your bios and disable your on-board video. If you can only see your bios when you are either plugged into your motherboard or HD7770, keep it on that.. go into your bios and disable your on-board video

ok so this is wut is goin on now when my video card is in and i plug my hdmi to the mother board it does not work but when i plug it in to my gpu it stays on the splash screen

now nothing is working niether my gpu or mother board the scrren is just black i dont even get the splash screen anymore

i had the same issue i didn't try any solution provided opened up the cpu clean ram and put all wires back waited a few minutes Voila it works just fine..FYI whenever i come across any issue i try basic clean up and give it some some time n it always works so patience is the game i m not a geek thou

Remove 1 RAM Stick at a time, turning it on after you remove each one, sounds like a bad RAM Stick or bad DIMM Slot.
