Asrock X299 Taichi Stuck Bios Instant Flash

I tried updating my bios on my X299 Taichi through the instant flash utility from the windows side of things. It rebooted into the UEFI, and has been stuck on this screen for at 30 minutes with 0% progress. As I have BIOS flashback on this motherboard is it safe to turn off the computer and use the bios flashback button?

I see no other option, so yes, try the Flashback.

What did you do? I'm experiencing the exact same thing right now haha

UPDATE: I left it on all night. Got up in the morning it was still on the same screen. Crossed every part of my body and shut her down. Booted up like nothing ever happened. Whew.
