[SOLVED] Asrock x370 killer red light

So all i did was reseat my ram and now it wont boot up anymore. It will turn on for a few seconds then shut off and repeat this process indefinitely. I get a flashing red light on my mobo. I've tried resetting the cmos, taking out the battery and putting it back in, trying one ram stick at a time, trying the different slots, checking all the connections, no luck. The computer was running fine before besides a slight frame issue (which is why I did the reseating). Any ideas?

Which LED? Usually the surround of the LED will be labled (DRAM, CPU etc) so you can tell what the LeD is trying to tell you....
