Hello,

I built a new pc back in July 2024 and I have been having issues with random reboots into the bios screen. I can run fine for a day sometimes two with no issue. These random reboots seem to happen when my PC sits idle for hours. I have the latest bios installed. My original build was:
7950X3D
64 Gigs (2x32) CL30 6000mhz ram G skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB Ram
Founder 4090 video card
Seasonic 1000W Platinum Prime Power Supply
Asrock X670 Taichi Carrara motherboard

Revised built is :
9800X3D
32 gigs (2x16) Kingston Furry CL30 CL30 6000mhz ram
Founder 4090
Seasonic 1200W Platinum Prime Power Supply
Asrock X670 Taichi Carrrara motherboard

Still having the same issue. I tried different settings in the bios but no luck, I am assuming it is the motherboard? I have not tried to slow down my ram from 6000mhz to 5200mhz. Any suggestions?

For the sake of relevance, are you on BIOS version 3.10?

How are you cooling the processor? As for your memory, since you swapped them to a different kit, are the rams populating slots A2 and B2?

Out of curiosity, did you migrate anything over from your last build(if you had any)?

I switched back to the gskill ram. Still same issue. I am on Bios 3.10. I am using a Noctua NH-U12A for cpu cooler. CPU temps are fine. Everything was migrated. The only thing that I have not changed is the motherboard and video card. Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
