Question ASRock X670e PG Lighting - Boot light on

Quick rundown; I updated the bios at the behest of our outsourced IT on this computer and the bitlocker prompt arose upon restart. I emailed IT and asked for the bitlocker key and went home for the night. I arrived this morning and the computer was off. I restarted and the computer booted to bios. I noticed that XMP was not enabled on the bios, so I did that and hit exit and save changes. The computer now will not boot and the boot light is illuminated. What are my best trouble shooting measures?

Clear the CMOS, first. You do this by disconnecting from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery, press and hold down the power button for 30secs, then replace the battery after 30mins. You should be able to get POST and back into BIOS screen.
