I'm having a problem with my rig. Every time i try to boot it up there is no display, the dr.debug shows that it hangs on the code 19 and when it does finally boot, it pops up with the "PMBUS ADDRESS ERROR".

I've tried everything, reseating the cpu, flashing the bios, replacing the bios (ordered from ebay), using a different psu, gpu, using different slots.
I have overclock it before, the highest ghz i ran it in was 4.3ghz at 1.35v. I ran prime95 for around 6 hours without it crashing. The cpu is partially lock so there wasn't really a point in overclocking and there wasn't a huge performance increase so i never used it under overclocked settings.

8GB 2133 Ram

That error has to do with the power management. It may be caused by a failed overclock. You should clear the CMOS and load default settings to see if that clears the error.

The motherboard has 1 x Clear CMOS Switch with LED. When clearing the CMOS take care to unplug the power supply first.

I've tried that already, I've even replaced the bios chip and still the error occurs.
