Question ASRock X870E Taichi Lite 4 Workstation?

Phanteks Enthoo 719 Case
Seasonic VERTEX GX-1200 PSU
64GB Gskill Ripjaws S5 DDR56000
Samsung Pro M2 (OS)
RTX 5080/5070 16GB
40TB Usable RAID10 sata/sas(faster read speeds the better)

Looking for a motherboard that can do 2-4 M2 slots, and 4 sata's that can do raid10, or a pcie slot to use a pcie raid card? Can the ASRock X870E Taichi Lite do this without loosing too many pcie lanes, and would I notice the difference using the using the 2 16x PCIe5 lanes at 8x, using a single GPU and raid card?

Are you in need of your NVMe drives to be in RAID? Might I ask what sort of a tasks you're going to be taxing the workstation with?

In real world use case scenarios no, you won't notice it. Synthetic benchmarks will however tell you that you're resources could be maximized.
