Question Asrock X870e Taichi lite

Hello. Can some help.?After changing motherboard from asus strix b650e to Taichi lite X870e ,my cpu(ryzen 9 7950x3d) cant reach 162W ppt limit,it stucs on 144W. Anyone know why?Temps are good.I dont change anything. Please help,maybe there is something in bios to change?

Did you do a full OS wipe and reinstall?

if you have a good cpu cooler try to enable from bios the PBO and run cinebench 24
