Asrock Z370 PRO4 is bad to a non K i7 8700?

PRO4 is a budget motherboard? I little bit hesitate. The Z370 Killer SLI looks more quality board to me. There is any differences in the performance with a i7 8700 CPU?

For a non K version 8700 the Pro4 is more than good enough. The Z370 Killer SLI is a little better but only if you really want to overclock.
