Asrock Z77 compatible with Xeon?

Hello,

I was thinking of setting up a new machine that is going to get a lot of constant use. Originally I was going to pair a i5-3570K with an Asrock Z77 Extreme4...

However, I am leaning towards a Xeon E3-1245 as it might be more reliable in the long run. Both CPUs use 1155 sockets, however I wasn't sure whether I should upgrade from the Z77 to a server MoBo. If so, do you have suggestions for which one?

From Asrock Z77 support cpu list, it does with as long as BIOS version p1.20 (newer one 2.80).

I read it online you can't OC the 1245, because I don't use it so that I am not sure that.

Thanks, I think the Xeon would just use the turbo (to 3.8Hz), I was just wondering about compatibility... Xeons are more expensive though !
