Hey guys,
I have been dealing with issues with my using external GPU ever since reinstalling Windows 7 due to a virus. At first I thought it was my video card, but I've come to thinking it is my mobo as I've swapped in a new GPU with no luck. Not recognized in device manager. Why would this have happened? Everything else is working properly it seems. BIOS North Bridge is using PCI-Express by default. Is it possible to short just the PCI-E part of the board?
Thanks, I wanted to confirm before buying a new mobo.
