Asrock z87 extreme4 compatibility ram for gaming

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)
is this RAM compatible with Asrock z87 extreme 4 motherboard ?
what are things to look for compatibility ? any other ram suggestions ?

hey just one more question. can i buy two of this ram = 8gb total (does this also called mix matching? will it affect performance?) or
a kit contains dual memory sticks?

i searched the internet but couldn't get the right answer of which i can understand easily. what is dual module ? does it refers to no. of memory sticks? can you explain some of these basic things in a simple way?

Dual means using two sticks of RAM in the particular slots assigned by the mobo manufacturer to enhance the functioning and performance of RAM.
FOR example there are 4 slots of RAM in your mobo. Now in the mobo manual it would be given that using two sticks of RAM in slots 1 and 3 would give better functioning than in 1 and 2 . So this means dual.
Consult your mobo manual for that as every mobo have differnet configurations.
