ASRock Z87 Pro3 or Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H

I need a low priced Z87 motherboard for my i7-4770k. I am looking at the ASRock Z87 Pro3 or Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H. Either can be had under a $100.

I noticed the ASRock does not have two PCI-e slots and thus cannot crossfire/sli. Any other major draw backs to this board?
