Asrock Z97 Extreme6 v Z97-P ?

Hi, is there much difference between the ASRock Z97 Extreme6 and Z97-P? I wish to upgrade but the Z97-P appears to be cheaper upon doing searches.

Asrock Z97 Extreme6 is the better board , go with it.
